Welcome to Your IT Agency. By accessing and using our services, you agree to comply with the
following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
1. Definitions
– “Company” refers to Your IT Agency, operating in Pakistan.
– “Client” refers to any individual, business, or organization using our services.
– “Services” include web development, software development, digital marketing, and online courses
provided by the Company.
2. Services and Scope
– The Company provides IT solutions based on the agreed scope of work.
– Any additional services requested by the Client will be subject to additional charges.
– The Company reserves the right to decline any project that violates legal or ethical standards.
3. Payments and Billing
– Clients must pay a 50% advance before work begins, with the remaining 50% upon project
completion.
– Payment can be made via bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa, or other approved payment
methods.
– Late payments may result in service delays or additional charges.
4. Confidentiality
– Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared
during the project.
– The Company will not share, sell, or disclose Client data without prior consent, except as required
by law.
5. Intellectual Property
– The Company retains ownership of any proprietary tools or code unless explicitly transferred in
writing.
– Upon full payment, the Client will receive the rights to the final deliverables unless otherwise
specified.
6. Project Timelines
– The Company will make reasonable efforts to meet project deadlines but is not liable for delays
caused by the Client (e.g., late approvals, lack of communication).
– Any requested revisions beyond the agreed scope may extend the timeline.
7. Revisions and Support
– Minor revisions are included in the agreed package, but excessive changes may be subject to
additional fees.
– Free post-project support will be provided for 15 days after delivery. Ongoing maintenance and
support are not included unless a separate agreement is made.
8. Refund Policy
– If a Client is unsatisfied with the service, they are eligible for a full refund.
– Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the request is approved.
9. Termination
– Either party may terminate the agreement with a 7-day written notice.
– If the Client terminates the project before completion, no refund will be provided for work already
completed.
– The Company reserves the right to terminate a project due to non-payment, violation of policies, or
misuse of services.
10. Liability and Disclaimers
– The Company is not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses due to project delays,
software failures, or third-party service issues.
– Services are provided “as-is,” and while we strive for quality, we do not guarantee 100% error-free
deliverables.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
– These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
– Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
12. Amendments
– The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be
notified of significant changes.
