- Before Work Begins: Full refund if canceled within 48 hours of payment.
- After Work Begins: Refunds are prorated based on work completed. A cancellation fee may apply for resources/time invested.
- Post-Delivery: No refunds once final deliverables are approved by the client.
B. Ongoing Services (SEO, Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing)
- Subscription Cancellation: Unused portions of prepaid plans (e.g., monthly packages) may be refunded if canceled within 7 days of the billing cycle.
- Performance Issues: If services fail to meet agreed KPIs for 60+ consecutive days, a partial refund may be issued.
C. General Conditions

3. Non-Refundable Services
